Each gasket component is professionally manufactured in the UK on the latest CNC machinery. Our stringent quality control ensures only perfectly manufactured kits arrive to our customers. We only source quality raw materials from UK or German manufactures to provide the best possible basis for our components. They are then expertly machined into our Showe Gaskets. Our fiber gasket material is produced in the UK and is used by several premium motorcycle and car manufactures. We have found no better solution metal to metal sealing solution and have extensively tested this material ourselves and along with our racing partner teams to ensure they are perfectly reliable components. Apart from our exceptional quality paper gaskets, our CNC milled head gaskets are something of pure beauty. Milled in house on our modern CNC machinery our copper gaskets offer a better solution than MLS or fiber head gaskets. While not the cheapest up-front solution, copper head gasket offers superior compression sealing ability along with a re-usability factor. Our copper head gaskets are normally suitable for at least 3 refits before replacements are required. However, with careful handling during fitment, our copper head gaskets can be used far in excess of this. We recommend with water cooled applications a thin smear of Hylomar is used during fitment. Air cooled application usually require no sealing compound as our in-house annealing ensures superior metal to metal conformity. To complete the kits only high-quality European Viton, Silicon and Nitrile O-rings and Seals are used they are sourced direct from a major Japanese & European OEM manufacturers.
